The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. A very good function of price and location. Recommended for those who plan to spend time at the beach or shopping malls.Whatever it takes for a visitor with food or fun is located near the hotel. The staff is doing their best efforts to serve customers and cleanliness is exemplary. Ideally situated in the very center of Varna, with a panoramic view of the entire city and the seashore, with clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms at a reasonable price, Interhotel Cherno More is the place where for sure I'll come again.

The location was excellent, room was comfortable and breakfast had a good variety. The staff of the hotel was helpfull and friendly. The Hotel is quite conform. The best location for Varna. Everything is within 5 min walking distance. perfect location in varna :) also it has casino ;). Location was excellent, staff were very helpful. The hotel was without water for 20 hours on our second day and although this was a regional problem and not the hotels, the management provided us with bottled water. The view from our room and the bar area was magnificent both day and night. Interhotel Cherno More has a perfect position in the very center of Varna and a wonderful view of the sea and city, especially from the upper floors. only perfect location. Im Sorry that I have to write something bad, but the staff is not adequate. Specific at busy hours and peak days such as weekends. This has the bad effect of jittery of the staff and big anxiety or stress. Moreover is such a pity,for this very good hotel not to have employees who speak at least Good or fluently the English language. The TV set could have been bigger. bed. The lady at the information desk. If you want any information look on google, you will get more sense. The breakfeast was quite poor. entrance and restaurant need renovation. Very small room some street noise. The breakfast was very basic with minimum hot food available. We had a double room but it was two single beds just pushed together so had that uncomfortable gap in between us. In a period of peak tourist season the stuff of the hotel is overwhelmed. At the reception desk the girls were ineffective, impolite and made customers wait for over an hour in the lobby in order to get the room booked weeks ago, to say nothing about the special requests which were totally disregarded. small rooms,not clean,poor breakfast. Not clean, beds are NOT comfort and facilities don't work properly!!!. Terrible hotel. Everybody in Varna knows what its reputation is. It was a great mistake for me to go there: - very unfriendly and aggressive staff, especially at the parking lot; - extremely small rooms - very shabby old furniture in the rooms - like you are in the 1970's - the hotel looks terrible from inside - the breakfast restaurant lacked food 30 minutes before end of breakfast - the hotel is too expensive for what it is - the beds are firm as a rock- total disaster. i didn't like the staff and how they treat us they weren't friendly i think that's the reason that not so many people visit them. Very dirty rooms, towels. No arrangements for drying swimming accessories. Dirty restaurant though to some extent this is compensated for with fascinating view from the windows and balconies. The Service is horrible! No fitness!!!. Very nasty hotel with old, stupid furniture and unfriendly staff. Do not go there. Small repulsive rooms with awful beds.
