Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in front of the hotel. This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside. Late-checkout: until 14 - 20 BGN, until 16 - 25 BGN, possible even later

The location was close proximity to beach, bars, shops and promenade without the noise of loud music which you would experience if staying in centre of resort.

Hotel were unable to offer a courtesy room for shower/privacy on check-out day even though the hotel was not fullly occupied! I had to use the shower in toilet at poolside which although ok was not ideal as a single traveller.

Sleeping late in a room facing the pool was almost impossible as there was very loud music at the pool bar starting at 10.30.

I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. In the night it was silent, so we could sleep good. there is also small but nice swimming pool. stuff was friendly. i wolud recomend this hotel for not expansive but good rest in Sunny Beach

Very friendly staff, very helpful (there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby, but they provided me with a cable so I could use the laptop from my room). Quite close to the beach, 5 min. Walk

In the double rooms there is no shower cabin (the shower is simply attached to the wall); the air conditioning is actually a central ventilation system, which is not efficient. The rooms with a street view are very noisy (high traffic). You cannot pay by card or in Euro, but only in Leva

Clean room. Good sleeping quality. Hotel did not smell bad.

WiFi did not work in room, only in reception area. Deluxe room was nothing deluxe about it (view towards high traffic street). Breakfast was a joke. Personnel was not service minded and just bored with their life.

The staff demanded payment from me as soon as I arrived even though they did not take credit cards: they tried to make me use their foreign exchange counter at poor rates and when I refused put a notice on my door asking me to come to reception. I thought the letsbookhotel.com service in which I give my credit card number eliminated this sort of hassle.
