  We have stayed here many times now. All the hospitality staff (reception, lobby, restaurant etc) are outstanding, speak good English and can discuss Premier League football. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable - we prefer the small suites. Dining on the balcony looking across the square to the river station and the Danube is very relaxing... what people say » . - Hotel had a very good atmosphere and a sense of history about it. Restaurant staff and choice of food - and breakfast - were excellent. Nice location close to the river and handy for the town centre.

  This hotel is a tale of two contrasts - from the outside it's one of the most ugly and uninviting concrete towers you will ever see, but once through the door you are greeted and suprised by very cool, contemporary and stylish decor. There is also a childrens play area within the garden restaurant area. - We loved our room on the 9th floor. It was very spacious with a great view of the river and city.Secure parking was included which, we found to be a plus point. The rooms are nicely design and were very comfortable. Our bathtub was even fitted with a whirlpool system. Breakfast was great, enough choices and also offering great views of the river. The hotels is in walking distance to the city center.

  First time I had visited Ruse and and looked on it as an ideal stopping off point between Sofia and Bucharest. Glad I made the choice to stop off in the city and stay in the Vega. Lovely little city and lovely hotel ideally situated on the city square which was surrounded by lovely historical buildings, bars and restaurants. I regret only staying - Everything about this place said class; from the umbrellas at the entrance to the individually wrapped truffles on the pillows. The décor was fresh and tasteful, the showers amazing and the beds very comfortable. The location for a city break in Ruse is superb with the main square steps away.

  Everything was really good. No complaints at all. I filled in this questionnaire before I found out if they have a washing machine which if the do would make the facilities excellent instead of just good. I am sure that I will be able to use their private machine if they don't have one for the guests because the staff/owner is really friendly and ... what people say » helpful and very hospitable. They have a good dining area and a good kitchen with a good range of tea's and coffee's and cook ware, a nice selection - Our room was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked being provided with a choice of breakfast foods in the kitchen refrigerator which we could access every morning and prepare ourselves and take to the terrace at the front of the building. We could also prepare dinner in the kitchen if we wished. The owner, Veselka ( known as Vasi ) was particularly kind and helpful. She speaks very good English so we were able to have some good conversations. We highly recommend this accommodation

  Stayed at this hotel for one night and cannot fault it. It is conveniently located in the centre, close to restaurants / museums etc. It is located in a very nice, restored building which has been wonderfully repurposed and decorated. Reception staff were very nice and helpful and were able to speak English. Like the rest of the hotel, our room was beautiful and immaculately clean. T - Great hotel, very close to the pedestrian square but a few blocks off so it was quiet at night. Everything was nice, clean and modern, bit still retained some charm. Breakfast was a nice buffet, and the staff were very nice and helpful - especially checking out. They arranged our transportation to Bucharest for us which was great since we only know a few words of Bulgaria. Overall a great stay in Ruse.
