  Hotel offers an excellent atmosphere in an excellent location - edge of old city - and parking! Hotel owner is very friendly and extremely helpful in providing guidance for visiting the city. Been on the ground level and surrounded by windows, though, the temperature was low and I had to keep the heat on all night long. The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

  We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. Our room was in the first floor, it was nice, clean, spacious and cosy. Every night we were asked the time we would like to have our breakfast ... what people say » the next morning. Our breakfast was always served in the table making us feeling unique as we didn't have to take a plate and wonder around the restau - excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets
