The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George).   Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу.   Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.
