I was a bit sceptical about booking the Cliff for our holiday but my partner fell in love with the hotel when she saw the pictures (especially the wooden stairs) and insisted on going to this place. Now we are back and I am really glad she insisted on going there. It is a lovely place. Good things about the Cliff: 1. Very clean and tidy. 2. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. 3. We thought it was good value for money. 4. The rooms were very spacious, well decorated and very well maintai.

Atmosphere is peacefull and relaxing, great food at the restaurant (booked apartment & breakfast only -not all inclusive ; had 2 times dinner there). The kid also loved the pool.For us the everything was well above our expectations, thus we prolonged our staying with 1 day...We will also highly recommend this hotel to other travellers to Obzor . Thanks . I liked everything at Cliff resort, it was a nice stay there and i had permanently wifi and i was totally fullfilled during my staying with the services the staff provided me. Nice design, perfect view, few people on the beach. - Price - View. Location. The hotel looks extremely nice and romantic. The personnel was very nice and polite - especially in the restaurant!. In general we cannot think of anything we didn't like. Probably the only bad experience we had during our stay was the lack of light around the wooden stairs during our first night at the Cliff. When we let the receptionist know he apologised, admitted he was aware of the problem and explained there was some kind of technical fault and the support team was working on it. The next day everything was fixed. Not something to complain about , but one have to be aware that every good thing comes with a "price " : hotel is some steps away from the beach ( see other reviews ... around 250 steps) - not a problem for us going to the beach but more of a burden when coming back.... in other words : not a show stopper but a thing one have to know/consider prior making the choice. it is hard to reach see beach for young family with small children or adult.sametimes room cleaner coming at 15:00 want you want to sleep or just to rest. Nothing. Not recommanded to old people. This Hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities in case if they come to visit the sea. Stairs down to the sea are dangerous and not for everybody. location. the food is not very good plenty, but not good. Except for hotel manager,chief of restaurant ,NOBODY don"t speak english,so: to restaurant I ordered 3 portions of food, brought only one,white wine instead of red wine, brought fresh juice instead fresh fruits, but with profi smile on face.So if you go there take with you a dictionary.I forget,the receptionist have to call the manager to be able to pay the bill with credit card.Conclusion: beautiful place, too bad it's inhabited. Loud music at the pool bar next to our window, too strict rules: no sleeping on the balkony, no moving the furniture far from music. Nowhere to walk in the evening and nothing to do. - Weak food menu - Many steps to the seaside. Rooms. Our room was not so good and the bathroom was leaking. We asked for another room but the receptionist refused because we were staying only for 2 nights! The receptionist at checking out was also a little bit rude and we waited a lot for checking out - more than 40 minutes! The beach nearby(south beach in Obzor) is not so good - very small and crowdy. The shuttle services to Obzor are quite inconvenient as timing.
