  First of all what we experienced during the two days was exactly what we expected to be: a good located hotel nearby harbor with good accommodation services conformed with our requests. Even is not a big and luxurious hotel, everything was ok. 1) The room was very spacious and had a big balcony with a wonderful seaport view 2) The food from restaurant was very good and the prices very ok in comparison with other places 3) The staff is very polite and friendly 4) Close to the center of Nessebar 5)The room was cleaned daily 6) If you don;t see anybody to the reception, don;t worry just ring the bell and somebody will come to help you

  The hotel was great -- big room, spotless clean sheets, comfortable large bathroom facilities, etc. We had a studio, and we even made snacks/light dinner and had beers. However, there was no one at reception the whole time, and whenever any minor issue arose, it turned into a major issue, because no one was there to accommodate.
