Perfect localization in the middle of old town of nessebar. 1. new hotel with all furnitures and appliances brand new, walls with characteristic Nessebar stones in the corridors - very romantic, red carpets - clean and nice designed restaurant and foier and lift what is an advantage 2- room very clean( it was top floor with roof windows) - with view to the sea!), all new and clean- for nonsmokers. Could do a little bit of advertising of their restaurant, maybe it was good but no menu on display. no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. Plug sockets came off the wall, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work! No plug in the basin!. No parking space by hotel so had to carry luggage from paying car park. No lift. Breakfast not buffet style so limited choice. Very poor coffee and juice for breakfast. The reception staff were unable to help us with enquiries about how to reach Varna we had to ask at a restaurant we visited. The hotel was hard to find by car. Made a booking via letsbookhotel.com and we purchased a 'suite'. The room we were given at the hotel I would not describe as a suite rather a standard room with a balcony. Felt a bit conned. Needless to say the room we were given was nice and we were happy with our stay. breakfast is served nicely to the tables and was good and tasty but it was bit too small. no parking. Stayed 2 nights, but somehow the room was not cleaned the first day. Breakfast is ok and served, but you cannot choose or add anything. The room had no balcony, but some do. Noise from the seagulls!. Air Condition not working. They still have a lot to work on their kitchen Did not like the cuisine. Nothing. The hotel was a little difficult to reach by car. The parking lot was a little too far from the hotel. There was much noise from seagulls. Nothing. Far away from any decent beaches 30 minute walk Smell in bathroom No views or balcony from attic rooms which could easily been fixed with a better layout of window. Noisy fridge Evening staff (graveyard shift) seem to be very bored and unhappy. Hotel to try harder to help her find fulfilment in her work life. I came back around 3am and there was not even a single person around to ask about hotel directions, I was walking around the island for about 20minutes till I find my hotel. Very very noisy birds and makes it difficult to sleep. No lift or billboy , have to carry your baggage yourself to 3rd floor walking up the stairs. no elevator in the hotel the lady at the reception when checking in was very, very unfriendly the bed for our child was not prepared at the time of our arrival and we had to ask at the reception for that we forgot some personal belongings in the room and didn't get a call from the hotel stuff. Breakfast the waiters. When we arrived our bed sheets were with stains on. 1.Noise from the AC right under the windows. 2.Poor breakfast both the quality and quantity of the food.
