I have to say it's a lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food and appearance and location of the hotel are just excellent. I really enjoyed stay in the hotel Italia, and the next time I will visit Bulgaria I stay without a doubt in that place. Advised that check out was 10.00 although when booking it was12.00 - 13.00.
