The hotel is in the middle of the Golden Sands Resort, not very far from beach, has swinmming pool, and the breakfast is more then ok.Location of the hotel is good. It's close to seashore (some 5 min) and far enough not to be noisy at night. If you do not pretend much from three star hotel,- then it's o.k. for the price it was good only a five minute walk to the beach and clean and quiet. breakfast was abundant. we stay at 6th level and was a splendid view of the resort. swimming in the pool and drinking cocktails. the location. We were unable to pay using a Visa Electron Card (from ING bank). However we were able to redraw money from an ATM in Golden Sands using the same card. We also had a problem with the cleaning lady - she opened our door at 3 P.M. while we were sleeping (she said that she wanted to clean the room but the room was already cleaned up in the morning).At the 5th floor the water pressure for the shower is very bad. There was almost no water coming out of the shower. We had problems with the water , at the sixth floor and a lot of students making noise late in the evening .Bad spoken English at reception staff and the refuse of paying with credit card. too many students, not hot water most of the day (5th floor), poor english of hotel staff, it is hard to find the hotel(no visible sign). A day before we leave they empty our minibar when we ask why we gotno answer. Very expensive drinks and snacks. Pool area in the shade most of theday.Wireless internet should reach to every room. The hotel is mostly used by groups of young students and is noisy duringthe day. It is situated relativley close to the beach, but you have toclimb 100 m of stairs to get back and it took us 45 minutes to locate itin the Golden Sands. The personnel speaks poor English and good German.not to many parking places, thought i think this is a general issue for the Golden Sands Resort. Poor breakfast, identical during all stay (10 days). Room not very much clean, it's seems that last hotel renovation was long ago.there was no sign outside so it took an hour to find. They tried to charge us for water from the minibar - all the contents of the minibar vanished when the room was cleaned and I suspect, sadly, that they try this with everyone. in the afternoon till late night we didn't have warm water. lack of commitment from the staff to solve my problem - left clothes in the room after check out. the fact that we didn't have warm water. Our room was on the 7th floor, which was not really supposed to be a room I guess. The room was extremely small, had no warm water, smelled bad and had ants. When we wanted to pay with Credit Card on the check out day it took about 1 hour until the staff figured out how the machine worked. Unbelievable!. Lots of mould in the room. Chief of reception said no other room was available and didn´t offer any compensation for it. After complaining several times, there suddenly was a new room, which was admittedly nice. But the contact with the people of the hotel was unpleasent.yes. staff mentality. We did not have hot water and some of the days water at all. The hotel staff was very rude and was laughing of the situation. The elevator was always broken and I got stuck on it. The room towels were really old.
