  Excellent! Magical! Astonishing! I must say that I have visited many hotels in my life and i don't remember having stayed at a more cosy and pleasant hotel. The service was outstanding, the food even better, the rooms are massive, and very home-like. Don't be fooled! there is no comparison with the other hotels whatsoever! Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

  Hi from kastoria , your hotel is excellent!!!!!!!! The room was nery nice and the pool and spa services offered us a great time of relaxation. Your personel was very kind and willing to help us with everything we needed. I hore to be there again this year, ..untill then ... tsaooo !!! - We had a great holiday at this hotel. The staff were very fr... what people say » iendly and welcomed my three boys. It is very close to gondola station so easy to walk with all our skiing gear. The spa area was excellent. We are returning again next year.
