  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... what people say » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price.   Fantastic holiday! We had a brilliant holiday! The room was tidy and clean, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.Our first visit to Bansko was unforgettable!We will be definitely back! - it is near the gondola

  I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids.   The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is completely new and it needs some "tunning" regarding the spa..which is consisted of small sauna..for now...Never the less..the place is great ...... what people say » The village Banya with the mineral springs is only 2km away as well as the Bansko city where is the ski gondola that brings you to the ski slopes and - Staff are very friendly
