  The guy from the reception is very kind. He was waiting for us, even we arive a little bit late. the room is more than enough and clean. for us it was a perfect place for 3 days - we wanted to stop in our way to Greece. but we want to come back in winter time and we will gladly choose these apartments. - The mannager of the hotel took care of eve... what people say » ry request we had.   The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area and close to Gondola and provides convenient underground parking. The studio was comfortable, warm, clean, modern furnished and fully equipped (tv, microwave, fridge, kettle etc). The breakfast was pretty good for the price of the room.   We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it. There is no elevator, wehad 1st floor apartment it was ok but if you are higher up and withsmall children ... what people say » it may be a small issue. - Everything was advertised,except distance to gondola.The district was quite yrt reasonably central.

It was very spacious, it had one king size bed and one sofa bed. The breakfast was incredible, and the cheese pie delicious. We had dinner there in our first night and it was very good and very cheap . We strongly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.
