  The staff were great - the manager who spoke English gave us useful tips on where to go. The swimming pool was fantastic - right next to the rainforest.   The value for the experience is fair! Has air conditioning, wifi ( bad one, but it looks like it goes this way all the city around), nice shower with hot water, fairly clean ... It works really good if you need just a place to crash! PS: I was in Ubatuba for diving and surfing and in the hotel just at night ( zZZzZZzZzZ)...

  Excellent. Felipe is very helpful and friendly. I can not think of a better stay. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is also really good and they serve cakes and coffee throughout the day.   Eduardo and Sergio were very friendly and welcoming. They were excellent hosts and couldn't be any more helpful. They gave us great advice about getting around Brazil and helped us out with bus tickets etc. Eduardo is a fantastic surf instructor! He went above and beyond to teach me to surf. The hostel is in a nice quiet location, perfect if you w... what people say » ant a break away from it all. The cooking facilities are a necessity as there are very few places to eat within walking distance. The beach is a 15 mi - The host was really friendly and gave us advice on where to go. The location is a great retreat and the bus to Ubatuba and a number of beaches was cheap and quick. Be aware though, Itamambuca is pretty much in the jungle, don't choose this place if you're looking for partying or a city break!
