Cheap hotel located in a residential area. There is a good pizza place across the street. Close to Av. Faria Lima and JK. I often stay there for business and leisure. Location, gym, restaurant. Confort. Location and restaurant. The rate I got did not include breakfast. Room is old need repairs.
