Had a "superior room" which was very spacious and a really comfortable bed.

Good Breakfast.
hotel service is good and kindness.
Lots of space which was good.
English speaking staff.
Good value.
price.
Good location close to Avenida Paulista. Efficient and helpful staff. Good average breakfast. All in all good value for money.
The Interior design of the hotel, specially the lobby is really great. The room (superior) is very comfortable and large.
Recently renovated, nice hotel with good Wifi, good breakfast and nice design. The rooms are spacious.
Rooms are amazing and the staff are warm and helpful. They speak english excellent.
Staff were nice and the hotel was clean and modern.
Big room, good bed, fair breakfast.
Big room with good desk
Bed ok.
Clean, confortable.
Frühstück super.
The location.
nothing.
nothing.
No lounge.
Slightly tatty furnishings in the rooms.
A bit noisy outside.
A couple of the nights we stayed at the hotel the nearby Vai Vai samba school held rehearsals. The music is catchy but noisy. Local anti-noise laws are respected, however, and the rehearsals ended at 11 PM. In addition, we were told that Vai Vai is moving to another location in 2014.
Limited selection in restaurant.
Neighborhood is somewhat dicey but this is SP.
Paulista is close but uphill.
one of the bad things is location. in the night time could be dangerous. you have to walk really high ramp about 10 mins to get the paulista avenue.
Nothing.
A little bit noisy.
The hotel policies of charging you if you want to early checkin..that is
so weird after travelling around the world..and this is the first time
some hotel has asked me to pay for early checkin..when you are staying
in the hotel for 10 nights.
room a bit noisy because of the market, which stands on the street (we were on the 3rd floor).
The restaurant only have microwave food... Not very happy about that.
Localização.
....but not the area. felt unsafe and it was too loud.
10 minutes below the Paulista Avenue.
TV is too small.
Was not informed of whether there was a gym or a spa.
10-15 min walk to Av. Paulista. Steep uphill walk.
Although it is a nice neigborhood, I would not stay here again because their are reports of roberies to tourist. I heard 2 different guests 9different days) that were mugged in the surrounding area. In addition, I would not recommend the hotel to older/ weaker individuals because to get to the main avenue (Rua Paulista) it is a steep hill.
quite faraway from the city center and on the border with a "complicate" block.
Hard walk to and from the hotel to paulista.
Money first policy in every aspect.
The Hotel doesn't have it's own parking space, so you either have to park on the street or pay for another parking lot, and they close at 11pm.
Not the best of neighbourshoods, but not the worst either. 10 minutes walk to paulista (VERY uphill).
Rooms and internet facility is perfect.
Breakfast was average.
Staff not very pleasant, small tv, lousy restaurant.
Simple interior
No athmosphere.
Doesnt have a parking place.
Laut.
Old furniture, only frozen food in the restaurant, no room service, terrible wi fi.
Basically they didnt have wifi for nearly 2 days and the staff at the
reception where very unhelpful and unfriendly. One of the receptionist
sounded really rude. Finally I decided to leave the hotel and go to
another one. I don't recommend this hotel for the simple fact that
the staffs are very unfriendly.
