Its location is very good for the best beach and safety in Rio area. The staff is so nice that you don't have to worry about anything though they cannot speak good English. My special thanks give to the staff who found and returned the scarf my wife forgot in the restaurant. Also the food is unique and delicious. will use it again.

The location is very convenient and services very good. Breakfast is so great. Room is also clean and large. Está bem localizado na barra da Tijuca. Staff are professional Great beach. Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good foods. Lack of access to internet for guests to check flights etc. Lack of a microwave to have hot drinks at night. expensive... É caro para não ser um hotel na zona sul. Breakfast is just ok. Gym is small and smelly. Too far away from downtown. Almost impossible to move around city from Barra da Tijuca, because most taxi drives refuse to take the ride. Internet access is paid, over 20 dollars a day, even in business center!. WIFI costs BRL per 24 hours. organizations of the staff is poor and the conditions of the hotel are poor. I had to change rooms 4 times because the room had been flooded and smelled humid. Up stairs by the pool, no one knows what to do while people wait to be served. Three of my options for lunch were missing from the menu and when my french fried finally arrived they were cold, definitely not fresh. I didn't have a good experience at all in this hotel!.
