Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! The location is also very convenient. just cross street of the beach and many restaurants close by. If you want to visit Ipanema may take a taxi, walk or rent a bycicle half block from the hotel. If i go back to Rio I will stay in Windsor Atlan.

There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean, quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is excellent, friendly and almost all speak English. Excellent Hotel, with beach service at the Copacabana/Leme beach. Close to city airport. Great staff, recently refurbished rooms. Not to cheap, but not so expensive, especially for Rio nowadays that hotel rates have skyrocketed....I usually stay at this hotel also when on business in the city. Really so good location, close to beach, seaside, very beautiful and fantastic view from window of our room to Copacabana beach, breakfasts was good, staff so kindly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Guys in Concierge are extreamly helpful and friendly, The breakfast was amazing! Room design is nice, the hotel itself looks good from the inside and out..39 floors. The internet is very expensive for a 5 star hotel it should be for free, the reception staff was a bit complicated, and the room was noisy even in the 15th floor - you heard the traffic very loud. Needed a small shop for tourist items. A bit on the pricy side, but Rio is: the hotel is worth it. Kept running out of loungers on the beach... Noise from other guests when in my room. nothing. Nothing!. Nothing. Check-in and check-out slow and inconvenient/disorganized. Expensive. Way over priced considering the fair service.

The rooftop pool, located on the 39th floor, will be available to guests until 18:00. Beach services and Valet Parking will not be available on 31 December and 1 January 2018. Please be aware that a 10% service charge is not included in the room rate and will be charged at the property. Payment in installments is available only for credit cards issued in Brazil.
