Even though it was my mistake, the manager was very friendly, and very kind, she understood my situation, and she helped me to keep my luggage during my stay in Porto Alegre. Thank you very much, Carolina. I really appreciate your help. My son found the hotel clean, accomodating, and friendly. I just took care of the reservation but could not go myself so he went instead of me.
