  The Staff was extremely helpful. The manager Luci goes out of her way to help. She knows which tours to take and can help you get them set up and she speaks perfect english. She is there at breakfast to meet and greet and to help with any questions. This is a great place to stay whether you are a "Gringo" or a Brazilian - I shared a room with... what people say » a friend and the hotel had a great set up with 2 bathrooms and separate beds on a loft type room. Really comfortable. Great breakfast. There were pet cats there which adds to the honey atmosphere. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and a boat excursion with Sr. Antonio!
