This place is a gem. The setting is stunning - beautiful views from the lush gardens of the old town of Paraty, the bay and the mountains beyond. As soon as you walk through the gates, you are treated to the smell and colour of flowers, the sound of a fountain spilling into the pool and a real sense of calm. The owner is wonderfully welcoming and her breakfast is amazing - a lovely range of fresh and delicious treats. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

However, this highway is in very bad condition and presents serious danger to drivers. A safer alternative to reach Paraty is the route via HIGHWAY SP-099 (TAMOIOS), going through the town of Caraguatatuba. You can check the complete route in Google maps.
