We needed to book some bus tickets upfront (as a foreigner it wasn't possible to do it online) and the hotel staff bought the tickets for us without even having seen us before!   The pousada was fantastic. It was extremely close to the bus station so it easy to find once we arrived there. It was very clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to help us find a good exchange rate for our money. Our room was located on the top floor and was be... what people say » autiful. There was four of us traveling in Ouro Preto and we all enjoyed our stay there. - It is very convenient and close to the bus station and just a short walk to the downtown area. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with good beds. Breakfast had a wide variety including eggs. There was coffee available in the afternoons.
