Absolutely everything! Marcus and Monica are just the kindest hosts you could dream of. Extremely friendly owners, very helpful in recommending things to do.
Nice neighborhood (though keep in mind that you have to take a taxi to the beaches, but really good to see Botanical Garden), more residential but with some bars, very safe.
Excellent value for money, very nice breakfast.
The most important is that the owners made me feel at home, very much enjoyed my stay - I cannot recommend it enough!

Leila and Luiz are fantastic hosts. They make you feel at home in their house and help out willingly and effectively. The location is very unique, located between the city center and South part of town, it's possible to reach any part of Rio quickly.

The owners Leo & Leila have just opened their beautifull family home to guests. I felt lucky to have come across this lovely family residence before they become to popular. I felt a welcome guest of the family rather than a customer. Leo & Leila went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and accommodating as possible.
