  Although this was a 3* hotel and the photos available of the hotel were limited, upon arrival i was very pleasantly surprised by all aspects. Room was large and clean, A/C worked a treat, a large and clean en suite, comfortable beds and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.   Very happy with our experience in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had bidet and a bathtub!!! VERY difficult to find in Brazil. There are also a swimming pool, a sport center and a sauna available, all very clean and well kept. Breackfast is outstanding!! It looked as it were lunch as well: fruits, juices, differents type... what people say » s of cakes and sweet dishes, different types of bread and cold meat, and hot dishes: bacon, eggs, hamburgers, etc. Never saw such a complete breakfast - The room size is great, very spacious. The breakfast is very well served with plenty of variety and excellent quality, the sweets are particularly delicious.

  We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and... what people say » had great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and even a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

  standard room was very large with huge closet and big bathroom Just in front of the beach an you also have many affordable places to eat and shop around. Metro and busses are just minutes away.
