From the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out the staff were excellent in carrying out their duties in all areas of the hotel. Special thanks to Angelika in Reception and Sebastiao in the dining room. Fantastic breakfast. Good location close to Metro, but no decent shops/supermarket nearby.

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

Great location,people talked about been in crackolandia,etc...but the whole city have that problem,and government is working very hard on that issue implementing kind a vanguard programs to fix that,hope them luck.
