Personal touch of the owner, Nina. She truly cares for her guests. And the fact that she speaks good English is a bonus. The pousada is in an excellent location, close to the center of Gramado, yet the hotel provides a very tranquil atmosphere with lots of trees around that are hundreds of year old. The breakfast is awesome, lots of choices. That I could not stay longer.
