  The front desk service was great, especially the girl that was there during the day (forgot her name, sorry!) -- she spoke terrific English, was very patient with our questions, and helped us book a good deal for our travels to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was fantastic, all sorts of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs. The locations ... what people say » is a bit of a walk from town, but is conveniently located right next to the bus stop for the bus that takes you to the airport & the Brazilian sid - Staff were fantastic, spoke brilliant English and arranged numerous tours and taxi's for us. Really helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable. Walking to Downtown takes about 10 minutes. A laundrette is about 4 mind walk. Staff offered lots of helpful advice. We extended our stay by two nights after the first night, staff advised they could not charge us the same rate for those nights at reception and advised we just book again on letsbookhotel.com which was fine by us.   The owner of the hotel is a great woman. She motheres guests and makes your staying including all transfers and excursions very comfortable. You'll enjoy time you are in the hotel and human interaction with Evelina. She knows seven languages to communicate with her guests on their native language.   What a wonderful backpackers, best so far in South America! We felt very safe and at home with Luis, Maria and their team of staff. Would highly recommend to others. - We got an appartment a few blocks from the hostel. It was nice and clean, though no internet as promised.
