This is an excellent, value-for-money hotel. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful, ordering taxis, making restaurant reservations etc. very willingly. There was a free shuttle service from the airport. When a problem developed with the toilet, a staff member was immediately despatched to fix it.

Great location near bus station, restaurants and a big supermarket.

Great place. Went for the Falls and then realized I also got lucky and had an amazingly relaxing stay at the resort. Also, be sure to contact Bliss Travel at the resort. They will take care of absolutely anything you need to make plans in the area. They too are great.

All staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool with the outdoor lounge/cafe area are very nice as well. The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia). They were so nice to him that even the place for breakfast was reservaded for him so he did not have to walk too much to the buffett. -
