  Everything! The hotel had arranged for airport pick-up although I had to phone them from Rio. Got there fairly late but due to the hotel booking service moving their office to Rio, the hotel had no booking for us. This also was the reason I had not got any responses to my emails regarding transportation from the Airport, hence the need to telephon... what people say » e them from Rio. Anyway, because of the hassle, the reception manager upgraded us from a Luxury room to a super deluxe room with an outlook to the Fal - Fabulous is the word that best describes this location ! It's worth splashing this kind of money even if one can't usually afford it, since this is the best hotel experience ever!   The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia).
