Location is brilliant, in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants and to a nice shopping mall. The room was very large with a proper sitting room, small dining table and counter. The décor it's no prize winning design but it's modern enough. !!! Free WiFi !!!. The end units all have a balcony. All are two room suites; makes for lots of room. Always stay here because of location and price.

The room I stayed in had lots of space with two separate areas: a bedroom and a living room with a table and a quasi-kitchen (unfortunately it didn't have a microwave). The hotel is in the middle of the trendy Savassi area and I felt safe walking around at night. The rooms are large and you get everything you need. Right in the savassi district, there are many restaurants and shops arround - also close to the Savassi Mall. Compare the other hotels in Belo, there are may worse. the hotel is located in the nice district of Savassi. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped. The hotel is well located in the lively district of Savassi. The rooms are spacious. good hotel with good infraestructure. The apartment was big (bedroom, living room/small kitchen and bathroom). Location was good, nearby restaurants, bars and not too far from the city centre. It can be noisy as has been pointed out by other guests. The air con it's not the splitter kind, so very noisy as well. Hallway carpets are very dirty and require replacement. Depending on the unit, floor coverings fair to good. Air Con generally noisy. Depending on unit can have a lot of street noise. receptionist did not offer a warm welcome or pleasant service. The hotel will certainly benefit from a renovation soon... The hotel is has a style and facilities back from the 80 and not much has been done. Also only 11 breakfast tables for the size of the hotel is rather a jocke. One night there was no water and they did "everything" to solve it = yes we know that there is no water. Unfortunatly, there is a construction site right beside the hotel, causing noise early in the morning from monday to saturday. Also having only 11 tables at breakfast is pretty ridiculas for the size of the hotel. A hotel some 30 years ago, where nothing has been refurbished so far. The entire hotel has only 13 breakfast table - so you might be lucky to get one, or not. The air-condition is as noisy as a chainsaw and better to be turned off - well, that how the sounded 30 years ago. After almost a week I still have not received my invoice (even though I have payed). The kitchen was useless since it didn't have any stove, oven, microwave or even cutlery. All it had was a small fridge and 1 glass, even though we were 2. The mattress was absolutely horrible! It was really hard and very old, so you could feel the springs moving in your back (and we are not picky people, believe us). We wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
