  Friendly atmosphere, first stayed at the Aconchego 5 years ago and have stayed there several times since. Every time we go it has improved. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 to 20 minutes to Shopping Recife or the Hypermarket. - The restaurant and bar is really reasonably priced meaning you can actually sit by the pool and enjoy a few drin... what people say » ks and a meal often if you like. It's a short walk to the beach and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

  We liked the fact that we could walk out the gate and see the historic center of Olinda. It was so convenient. The staff were very good and several of them were able to give us good information in English. We were so busy that we did not have time to take advantage of the pool except to enjoy seeing it from the restaurant.
