The staff were excellent; really helpful and pleasant. The location in the heart of the city was also a big plus point. The good breakfast and the free bicycles! Helpful staff. The Breakfast was so good. The hotel was so well situated in a nice square. Comfortable stay and best breakfast we have had in any European hotel.City Location, close to all activities. Our room was near the machine of the elevator and we heard a little noise.No air conditioning. Only one uk tv channel. Parking problems.rooms could do with an referbishment. Could do with a bit of overhaul.The 4th floor rooms don't have lift, there is no heating in the bathroom, which is quite old, and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced. I don't think that it is a 3 stars Hotel. Attention is good, but the rooms are small, everything is really old, The shower had a leak....Airco. No parking facilities. Noisy. Not comfortable. Just a bit shaby looking. 'Just adequate' facilities.
