Pillows on beds were very flat. Though promised, breakfast was not ready for the ferry passengers at six.There was a lot of noise outside the hotel especially early inthe morning. Paying 4 EUR for the use of Fitness room and most things were broke or not usable. Poor attitude poor facilities for children - we only stayed one nightluckily as wouldnt have stayed more. A bit spartan in room furnishing.
