I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, quiet and clean!!. Room was new, clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Lovely hotel to stay and could recommend it to anyone! 100%.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very big, very clean and excellent value for money. The room was huge and the restaurant was surprisingly very good for the money I paid. Room was really grate. We didn't eat the breakfast because it seemed disproportionately expensive. It would have been nice to be able to just get a cup of coffee in the morning, but there was none available unless we spent the 18 Euro for breakfast. There was no convenient place nearby to buy coffee, either. Even do in the morning we can go to get a coffee. I love to have a coffee machine in my room and a blowdryer. My balcony door could not open so in order to smoke I had to go out. A minor problem, although it could have saved me some time. The receptionist tried his best to open it but it was simply blocked. I thank him very much for trying; I appreciated it immensely. The restaurant was not very good. The staff had to check our order on several occasions, we waited over half an hour for any drinks, when the food arrived it was stone cold and not very nice. I would not recommend eating in the restaurant. We saw other guests sending their food back too. None. Surrounding area. I was a little disappointed that there was not a coffee machine or a water boiler in such a large room which often has these items. Only downside was the bed, it was "too soft". Other than that great!. Would have appreciated tea-making facilities in room and a shelf in the shower - nowhere handy to put shower gel. Minor faults these. Breakfast was too expensive so we went out for that. The hand-held shower was a little unexpected. While I fully understand the reason for having it, it might have been perhaps installed together with an overhead option? As back pain sufferer - I couldn't comfortably use it at all. Pity. Quite Expensive No Coffee making facilities. Lack of stationary in room and business center. breakfast too expensive. Poor television. Room smelled so bad we had to move. Cleaning of room was poor. Parking garage was awkward to use. not confortable rooms sad and so clean nothing in the minibar it's a 3* hotel but for sure not a 4*. all the hotel floor is covered in stink plastic. Apparently the entire hotel was just repainted, and it smelled quite strongly of fresh paint in our room. Probably shouldn't have used the room. Be carefull with 4person room. They charging higher price than showing on booking page! And when you get surprised- your day is ruined.
