Very friendly. Great location. Very friendly staff.rhe surrounding, the terrace, the brown café. Lack of Car Parking. A lot of noise from the bar and street below until 3 or 4 in the morning . . . although my room faced on to the street. Perhaps there are rooms at the back of the hotel that are quieter. If you need some sleep . . . don't take a room on the street :). all reviews »
we were with 15 person. If the meal of one person is not good, the staff has to react better on that point. 14 persons were satisfied, 1 not. The staff said it was too busy to do something about that. That is a shame. Every average cooke can make a proper steak. Bot not in the Zalm. Because of the beautifull weathere the terase was full. There were not enough waiters to serve everyone one time.

It was completely renewed during the restoration process, but refurbished with the original furniture, including the authentic 1920's bar and genuine silver coffee filters.
