The staff were very helpful, very pleasant. The food was very nice. My room was clean tidy and fresh. The bath is full size and the shower is strong. The spa was busy and the girl coped very well with all the customers. She spoke several languages too. You get 50% discount for the access to Thermae Grimbergen that are very close by (100 m). Rooms were clean and with a good quality for price.

Got in taxi and paid 44 euros but there is a bus station down the road from the hotel and it only costs 2 euros per person Useful information for any traveller x. the bad tube A shower is much easier the staircase if you have luggage. the streetnoice in the room 23. There is no possibility to do something because of the very poor lighting in the room. The bedroom had an air conditioning unit. The cables to the exterior unit went out through the window. The window could not be closed and locked. The room was at garden level and the window was within two metres of the main road. It was several buildings away from the main hotel. It was noisy and due to the lack of security I was not able to sleep. By the time I discovered the problem the staff had gone home. The bathroom is not pratical--> no furtiture to put his affairs. the price of the thermal center-->only one price! It's expensive for a business stay, you can go to the spa only in the evening for 2 or 3 hours... No package service possible : room and spa...it's very pity. Niemand aanwezig bij check-in. Inconvenient Stairs with no elevator, Very basic furnished room with almost unrecognizable big stair to enter the it. We asked for double bed but only after arrival we found that they don't have it for us. Poor value for money. The main road was very noisy and the sound proofing was not adequate so not a good night sleep - take your ear plugs!. Noisy, don't forget your ear-plugs. Images from the hotel on letsbookhotel.com has not much resemblance to the rooms in the hotel !!! Disappointed. No airco in the room. No ventilation in toilet/shower. noisy, dark, badly insulated.
