My daughters bag, left in her room when she checked out, could not be found by the housekeeping staff.Member of staff was not very pleasant on arrival. During my four nights stay there was no re-supply of soap, shower gel, etc.they clean the room in the afternoon. Was given twin room when booked as double,complimentry mini bar was empty,then filled with soft drinks,no shower curtain so water went everywhere.Powercut at breakfast from 9.30am til 10am so no toast etc...Very small toilet. Bathroom very small. no wardrobe in the room!. Cold room, especially bathroom (although the bed is covered with a very warm downy quilt), the room is a bit old and countryside style, the shower is very small (I couldn't help wetting the floor) although the bathroom itself is large. Aircondinioning system was too loud. The room doesn't correspond 89 EUR price, even in Brussels.No possibilities to open and fix the window at night. No proper ventilation in the bathroom. temperature in the room: it was freezing. Generally did not find the staff helpful but though room service was good.The room was shabby and everything smelled of cigarette smoke.
