The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room. Definately deserves 5 stars.

Everything was value for money and despite its situation in the a busy part of town it was quiet.

Not everyone travels with a laptop and I missed a "public"computer.

High quality and friendly service. Quality beds and comfortable.

Charges in bar can be high...13.50 for Gin and Tonic and 5.20 for 50cl of water. Food was good quality and comparative in price to area.

A bit pricey but a very nice hotel. A little out of the way fromdowntown but close to all transportation links and easy walking distanceto various restaurants and amenities close by. Rooms were very spaciousand comfortable. Hotel staff were were eager to help and very friendly.

I was in brussels to attend a course with mce. For those who arevisiting brussels for the same reason, this is the right hotel for you.It is only 5 minutes walking from mce. Besides the hotel is excellent,quite the rooms are spaciuos, the staff is nice and freindly.

staff at the reception is friendly and multilingual,rooms are large and comfortable, location is ideal and there is a garage to put the car.

The heating took a long time to warm up. The bedrooms were more like 4 star than 5 star.

Spacious, well-appointed room. Nice, wide double bed.

I don't pay 25 euros for breakfast anywhere, and won't ask my company to either. Better to eat in a local café for half the price (at most!). There are plenty nearby.

Quit neighbourhood. Good restaurant. Nice atmosphere.

The breakfast is far too expensive. So have your breakfast in a cafe notfar from the hotel (for instance on one of the corners of the crossingwith Avenue Louisa). The 'standard' rooms have different sizes, so askfor a 'big one'.

Very Nice people. They greated me when I arrived, had umbrella's when we wanted to take a walk, and my vehicle was ready to go when I came down. Very nice.

Yes the price that I booked through you was more than the actuall hotel price from there web site. What a bunch of crock.
