I have been staying there regularly for years as it is by far the most comfrtable hotel in Brussels. It went through a rough patch when the new owners tokk over but things seemed to have settled down again including the dining arrangements. The hospitality. The breakfast was more than I expected. All thefacilities and the staff were ready to assist me. Congratulations to themanagement and the staff.

I saw a couple cars getting fines. The parking in the tiny hotel garage costs 15 euro. Apparently one sure way to test how much hotel stuff really cares is to have a faulty minibar fridge. (This was my second faulty hotel fridge this summer.) I reported it and not only did they do nothing, they didn't even say sory. Considering their rates, which I can only afford during promotions, that sucks! But then, you can hardly book there months ahead, and despite the rates. So...The choice of breads for breakfast! I prefer whole grains. The restaurant is expensive and I usuallyeat out. Other than that, the hotel was very good, and it is one of myfavourites in Brussels.I had an online booking.com confirmation for a Double Executive Deluxe room, but I was only given a normal double room at check in. Expensive breakfast.The old TV set. It is a pity they do not have family rooms.the breakfast is no value for the prce asked. The croisants in the breakfast rooms are displayed in such a way that they are practically in the face of the guests sitting next to them. A small Spanish Wall would be a simple measure to mitigate this.
