This "hotel" will be the best place for people willing to forget about their car or other transportation and enjoy visiting Brussels by walk ;-) -- there is a closed several floors parking near the hotel (15euros/day), just leave your car there.. Then next door a small supermarket if you wish to buy some food or beer (you may cook in your room very easily).. And then you have the whole center of Brussels around you on the walking distance!! Tons of restaurants and the famous "Delirium Village".
all reviews » I stayed with a big group there. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. You are wake distance from the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. You have nice restaurants and bars as well. The owner is very friendly. We loved it! We will definitely stay there again. We loved our apartment, it had everything we needed. The location is the best, we could walk anywhere plus it is in the center with many many restaurants and shops around. One more thing , the view is just amazing !. Great location, close to Grand Place and cafes; parking nearby; very nice owner/landlord met us and showed us the different entrances to use day/night, which can be tricky since you get in thru and arcade/mall. Warm welcome from Moses the company representative. Spacious, clean, good facilities and very centrally located. Quality shower, UK tv available and well equiped kitchen. We were right in the heart of Brussels and it made it easy with our family of small kids to go see the sites and come back easily when they needed a break. Moses, the facilities manager, was FANTASTIC! The location is unbeatable and the value was exceptional. I would highly recommend this for a casual trip. The bathroom is pretty big, while just the shower place will be small for big persons.. - but if you're looking with a smile to your life you'll be just fine :-). Thin walls, could hear neighbors; coffee pot still had filter with coffee in it from previous guest, plus it took almost 45 minutes to finish brewing a full pot;. Everything fine. Hopefully I found on letsbookhotel.com web site an alternative number to call and the boy finally answered and told me that his phone was off from a few days but nobody told me. He was really upset because he was waiting for me for long time but wasn't really my fault. They should be more organized about the meeting point. The tiny lifts were a little daunting. Unfriendly and austere atmosphere, dirty bed linen, old fashion room. not approachable by car as it is in the city centre. entrance to the flat is not very convinient late night with children. Common area particularly worn-out. Bed and linen too. There's no reception (but staff are happy to help if you phone them.). Very rundown apartment, everything, rooms, kitchen, especially bathroom needs renovation. No lift and steep stairs, watch if you have lots of baggage. Lack of warm water. I stayed 5 nights, only once was able to take a warm shower ... The location is inside of shopping center. You have to take your luggage some steps up to get to tiny elevator. At night main doors are close, to get out and in you should go through small dark aisle near entrance to some bar. bathroom is realy too small, too old and in really bad condition. Bathroom+shower very poor,flat dated+did'nt smell too good,paid for 2 nights(220 euro)on arrival in cash but ams had 110 euro blocked on my bankcard(i could not withdraw)5 days after I left brussels,block was lifted but why the delay?. Did not provide anything other thing like some litter "oil or cooking stuff" only taking cash and not cradit card. Nothing special. Old furniture and we can not sleep at night, more Nuisance and disturbance. No parking. I waited for 3 hours to get inside the room, the owner of the place told me he sent me 3 emails, but I didn't receive any. I had to call to letsbookhotel.com to help me solve this problem, since he didnt answer the calls. When I finaly got inside the flat it seemed ok, but when I tried to sleep the window was broken and the street is really noisy. I could barely sleep.

A charge of EUR 20 applies for check-ins made out of those hours. In a case of last minute reservation (checking in within the 24 hour period), please specify the estimated time of arrival in the hour after booking, otherwise a charge of €20 will be added to the bill. Please note that the credit card used during the booking must be provided during the check in process; the booker must be the owner of the card. The amount taken from your credit card (according to your booking condition 70% or 50% or 100% of the total amount) is not a payment for your stay itself, but a pre-payment made the day of your booking to verify your credit card and reserve the apartment. According to the booking policy, if you cancel your reservation on time, the pre-payment will be refunded the same day of your cancellation, within 48 hour if the credit card is European, for non-European credit card it will be within 5 working days. There is a driver service that lets guest travel to and from both the station and the airport. A maximum of 5 people can be transported. The airport shuttle fee from both Brussels Airports is 55 EUR and from Brussels train stations is 25 EUR. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 27 rue de la fourche, 1000 brussels. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
