This peaceful and romantic hotel is located on the edge of the countryside on the Herve Plain, a 20-minute drive from Maastricht, Aachen and Liège. Domaine Du Haut Vent is surrounded by a green parkland and has a terrace and winter garden. Domaine Du Haut Vent's gastronomic restaurant is run by the Chef Me Ch Dorthu. It offers daily menus as well as á-la-carte meals with seasonal, French dishes.

It is a very beautiful hotel, the rooms are decorated to anexceptionally high standard. We stayed in Belle de Nuit and it wassimply lovely. Very spacious, large bathroom with a raised, deep bathand very good separate shower. The restaurant is exceptional, originaland delicious food. Wonderful!. I booked this hotel as an overnight stop to and from Austria; it is family run and provides excellent value. Mme Dorthu-Michiels cooks the superb evening meal which would put to shame the food of many a five star hotel. A wonderful experience.
all reviews An excellent hotel: warm,clean,comfortable and large bedroom. The evening meal is first-class and the owner is most helpful. As we left early before breakfast he had put out a tray with tea and biscuits - a most thoughtful gesture.The friendly owner, helping us out whenever needed, the very nice rooms and the good restaurant.Food was excellent and measured pace of service made for a very enjoyable evening. Room was well appointed and clean.Location, quietness, excellent restaurant, free WiFi, assistance.Absolutely nothing. Noise from corridor.
