The staff were curteous and very helpful . Had a very good lunch at the hotel . But the breakfast seems overpriced at 18€ !!!. It is a beautiful hotel with a good price-to-quality ratio.Excellent rooms and friendly staff. Great location!. location, comfort and good dinner. the room and the hotel. Live music in the bar, good atmosphere, large and clean rooms, good bathroom with all facilities, 5 minutes drive from the centre, parking garage under the hotel, very nice breakfast with plenty of choice.

Quality of coffee at breakfast below standard.location was a plus as far a convenience (near the train station) but also a minus (neighborhood). The breakfast is too expensive. Problems with check-out - the telephone rates calculated incorrectly (at a rate of over €2 per hour) and had to be recalculated by hand - it seemd like some business people don't check their bills and the hotel get away with it!. That you had to pay for music and there wasn't an alternative ie radio. Water wasn't provided in the room. In-room internet service not as good as it should be for a business hotel: can be very slow, and have had problems connecting during some stays. Limited dining options in neighborhood. About 20-30 minute walk (or taxi) to city center to find good food.The train station next door is under construction so this might annoy some due to the debris that surrounds the main entrance. The bar was closed very early, but the personel brought us a bottle of wine. So , perfect service.The hotel is rather new. The in-room safe had not been supplied with batteries yet and therefore could not be used. A request to fix this problem was not immediately responded to. I'm sure such details will become better with a little more experience. room views of office building directly in view... offering a lack of privacy That the location of hotel was under construction and unpleasant to walk after dark... unsafe sensation. Sections poorly lit and obstacles along the way (loose stones, no pavement, cables, pits, muddy etc. I can't recommend this hotel until the construction in the direct vicinity is completely finished.Hotel not easy to find and it's currently in the middle of a workings. The hotel staff could not book a restaurant that I requested and I was forced to go on line to look and book it myself which cost me 8Euro to to. This was not necessary as i was the foreigner to the city.The food was simply horrible. The hotel should find another chef!. the internet occassionally not working. Minibar was missing. Hotel is located in an construction area, about 30 mins. from the old center. Hotel bar reminds me of a library. Room service took 1 hour to arrive, with no apology. The hotel should have free WiFi like Golden Tulips in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. No glasses for the minibar, only plastic cups.no room fridge, internet was difficult and expensive. The room safe was poorly placed on the top shelf of the closet, that required standing on a chair to access that could be dangerous.Breakfast not included, and was not worth what was being charged. I was charged for items from the minibar twice. I paid when I checked out and then was charged again on my VISA account later.Only 1 set of towels were supplied for 2 people; and no mini bar in room. Kind of removed from center of town at end of a long train station. Reception desk seemed snobby for a big hotel and less friendly . Also a bit disinterested. Lots of construction going on in front and mid afternoon check in time. Lots of inconveniences for the money. Expected better service, location and nicer experience.The parking policy, the hotel should give you a 24 hour pass. There was almost nothing left for breakfast at 9:15. They have to refresh regularly. A big disappointment for a breakfast that was charged 18 euro.The neighborhood is in reconstruction. The access to the hotel is extremely poor at the moment due to roadworks. Potential guests should be informed about it.no minibar in the suite, difficult to find etrance of the garage because there are two parallel streets that leed you to the hotel. The hotel is in a pretty devastated part of town. The parking garage was new and there were a few signs up, but not sufficient. There were many people driving around for 20-30 minutes, trying to find their way out. The hotel didn't have a mini bar.If breakfast starts at 07.00 then it should be ready at 07.00 and not at 07.15 (happened 2/4 days). I would prefer to have breakfast available from 06.30 What about free Internet?. Breakfast should be included in the room rates.
