  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   Good atmosphere, friendly staff, exellent access to ski lifts on the doorstep (although skiing off the mountain is a black run). - Staff and rooms were great. Location is right at the bottom of a lift to the top of the local mountain.
