The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

Staff Monika is a very helpful staff also others staffs was so so friendly, I was booked a full board package they offerd me free breakfast+lunch+dinner and free drinks from 10am to 10pm.

The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

Friendly staff and lovely surroundings. The Summer Card for visitors was extremely useful and very generous giving free access to cable cars, lake cruise and museums. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay longer next time. -

Generally the atmosphere is more than welcome , The view from balcony especially in night so romantic , the staff was so kind and so helpful and friendly , the hotel place gives you from your room the best look at zell am see and zeller see and others , the breakfast is perfect and if i come to austria in future i will book it again . -

You get it for free there in the hotel and you have many tourist attractions for free with this card - actually you save more money than the hotel costs using this card! -

A perfect hideaway! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view over the valley, lake and mountain peaks. The owners of the family hotel are farmers who have lived on this piece of land for several hundred years. The family runs the place on their own, there are no hired staff. The locally produced food is perfectly natural.
