The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

This is a beautiful place to stay, if you in Zell am See. The apartment we had was very comfortable and clean, well equipped kitchen. Whatever questions and requests we had, the owners were very nice and helpful. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation or if you prefer an apartment and not hotel type accommodations.

Our trip had us staying here for 4 nights, 2 and then another 2 about 10 days later. We got to stay in two very different rooms, which I will describe in a minute. The hotel location is superb, if you have a car, since it is too high up to walk and taxis are rather expensive (10 or 20 euros from town, depending upon the whim of the driver.) The

A perfect hideaway! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view over the valley, lake and mountain peaks. The owners of the family hotel are farmers who have lived on this piece of land for several hundred years. The family runs the place on their own, there are no hired staff. The locally produced food is perfectly natural.
