  Good atmosphere, friendly staff, exellent access to ski lifts on the doorstep (although skiing off the mountain is a black run). - Staff and rooms were great. Location is right at the bottom of a lift to the top of the local mountain.

  This is a lovely, small but friendly, hotel. It is centrally situated in Zell am See with the lake only 2 minutes walk away. The room was large, clean and modern. An extensive buffet breakfast was included in the price. The main strength of this hotel was the friendly and helpful reception staff, who were capable of making sure the stay was pleasa... what people say » nt. Considering that this is a small country hotel it offered a level of comfort expected in more expensive hotels. I can recommend this hotel as it i - The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes. The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury. We would have gladly paid twice the price.

  This was the perfect accommodation for our family. Great location, Beautiful spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, very good kitchen facilities, private infra-red sauna in our own bathroom, right next door to a fantastic leisure complex with state of the art facilities, including diving boards water slide and sauna/spa facilities. Fitted out with top quality, highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.

  The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. And i will recommend this hotel for honeymooners - This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.
