They are friendly. They are flexible. Excellence treatment as family. Helpful staff. Very clean place. They care about every thing when you happy they feel happy and when you sad the feel sad up normal staff. Amazing place in Zell am see with a fantastic view to the lake. I like to drive to the hotel, the road to gives you the feel of "Forest life". The breakfast is nice too, the family their are so helpful.

I liked the sightseeing of the hotel. Everything is as good as expected. Every thing was perfect. The food was fabulous. Everything is perfect. the location is nice. I liked the view, and the advantage Zell am see card they provide, it includes interesting activities. They need to add washing machine and dryer for cloths cleaning. No Tea/Coffee complementary. The small toilet has no sink,have to to go to the bathroom to wash your hands,need windows screen to prevent flying insects from coming in. the location, you need to have your own car, if you have a car you will be fine and will enjoy the stay espically the view from the balcony and the resturant. you have to drive to get there. so car is a must to stay in the hotel. الطريق جبلي وعر وخطر ويحتاج سيارة للوصول إليه،. -The breakfast serving time at 8:00. -There is no water heater in the suite to make tea or coffee at late night as the restaurant close at 10:00. a little bit expensive. the breakfast is too limited. Note to Owner: Decoration of corridors does not go well with the hotel country side style. no cooking at room. The hotel is on high place so the road has many curves. Get you dizzy a little. Just about 800 metres of curves. but the hotel worth it really. its not the one you wanted for a honeymoon, because the bed is separated with two blankets the cleaning service is only untill 11 am. لا شي. No dinner services was available at the time of my stay. Nothing at all. While the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the building service areas are stark concrete and metal and are thus rather harsh and uninviting. The toilet doesn't have water source. the way is deffcult to hotel. very far up in the mountain. Their breakfast was poor, not much options for vegetarians.
