We stayed just one night at the Klockerhaus, but if we could have rearranged our schedule, we would have stayed another day. Excellent value, helpful staff, and very relaxing setting. The breakfasts were good and we enjoyed the free access to the hotel sauna facilities. There are several beautiful gasthauses in Krimml, but we found the Klockerhaus

The location is wonderful, 5 min from the Waterfall! There are lot's of walking routes just nearby. In the neighboring city Wald there is a summer travelling school (various adventure activities in the mountains). The owners of the hotel are very friendly and always do their best to make the stay of the guests most comfortable, always very helpful
