The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to the U-bahn orange line (U3). The staff was wonderful -- very helpful. The room was clean and efficient -- internet was very fast -- what a nice plus in a hotel of this size and price range. And the breakfast (included) was excellent. I would recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again. The hotel appeared to in a shady area however upon checking in the Hotel was very clean and as described on the website. No fault could be found with the hotel or location. It has a good location for shopping as there is a major mall within walking distance. Especially the kindness of the staff, perfect service, cleaniness of theHotel. One of the nicest hotels in Vienna I have visited when talkingabout value for money. Large room, great bed, interesting bathroom arrangement :-), excelent quality for the money, close to A23 highway entrance (Sudost-Tangenta). Excellent customer service from everyone in the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room that we stayed in was quitebig and all the furniture was brand new. As we were traveling with ababy, an important aspect for us was the fact that the room was veryclean. We weren't afraid to let our baby crawl on the carpet and use thebig space available for playing. I hope they keep the same qualitystandards, as we would gladly come back.The rooms were big and modern furnished, a large bed and more thenenough space to feel very comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel waslocated only five minutes walk from the metro station which takes you tothe city center directly (5-10 min with metro). I would definitivlyreturn to this hotel. In summer it doesn't matter, because of the garden, but in winter this is a "cold" solution... double bed was separated. Only from my side of view I like the hotels with balcon in the room. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been appreciated.some problems with the shower blower that is starting and stopping automatically. out of toiletry (shampoo, soap), clothes and shoes brush. breakfast selection modest, but still ok for a 3 star hotel. Parking is free in the street where the hotel is located but in the evening there is not much place. The hotel locate in very old area, only parking provided is on the street. The hotel is in a rather doubtful area of Vienna, we arrived at nightand were a bit unconfortable with the area. Breakfast was extremely poorand with expired meat. We had to go somewhere else. * The ac dosn't work in one of the room. * The reception is avalible only from am 7 to pm7. *Thay very restrict to give addional bellow or bed sheet. * Thay give information they have free parking and when we ask them about it they said on the street parking!!. It is an ex-office building transformed in a hotel, unfortunately without the expertise of a profesional! The room was too big with the space not used in any way, poor quality materials used in renovation, synthetic bed covers and cushions, no air conditioning, very small tv, especialy in such a big room. Definitely to expensive for what they offer. Breakfast is very limited, no parking.

In 2007 and 2008, the hotel underwent a complete refurbishing. The work was painstaking and reflected the highest construction standards, all conducted under the watchful eyes of the owning family. All floors are accessible by lift.

Sights in the vicinity of the Hotel Hahn include Belvedere Palace, a baroque jewel with its lavish botanical gardens, the Hundertwasserhaus - one of the main attractions for visitors to Vienna - and the popular Gasometer complex, with its various restaurants and shops, a supermarket, a cinema, a fitness centre, apartments, a concert hall and the city archive.
