  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   Very friendly and nice host couple, great location. Spacious apartment with three rooms, a toilet and a bathroom, excellent for us (2 adults w 2 kids (11,14). Included in the stay was the Zell/Kaprun card, which among other things gave us free access to cable cars, etc. We estimated that we saved €500 during our week in Zell. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

  The meals (we had half board) were really good. There was a small train which ran from the bottom of the road, minutes from the hotel which took us into the centre of Zell am See. - The size of the room which was spacious

  Very central and close to town. Liked the self catering aspect and size of apartment. Close to ski lift if that is what you need. There is a grocer just across the road for food etc. - The location was fabulous. The apartments were clean and comfortable.
